Eloquently written. Inspired message. Uplifting and lofty, yet down-to-earth and relevant. I wish I had heard more messages like this back when I attended churches. A brilliant flash of Light in the midst of desert times... Thank you.
As the caregiver for my wonderful husband, thinking of the light bubble is encouraging and uplifting. I’m so glad I found you through IANDS! Thank you!
Very good. This is the way on the pathway of righteousness on the highway of holiness where he is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path, and at the end of it, we'll find him in his kingdom in his glory. He said the kingdom is within you, and it is not somewhere you can physically travel to, but is among us and has been brought near to us by his spirit and power. Being reborn by the spirit to become children of God and joint heirs with Christ, the firstborn of many. He's delivered us out of the kingdom of darkness into his glorious light. He is the light of the world, and in him there is no darkness at all. The light shown in the darkness, and the darkness comprehended it not. When God said let there be light, he is that light. Peter said; until the Daystar or morning star arises in your heart. He is the day, this is what Paul referred to as the age of day. Revelation says of the new Jerusalem that there will be no night there, nor sun, for his glory will be the light of it.
This is the place of peace and rest, where he gives us his peace that the world neither sees or comprehends. This is where we rest in him, in his love, provision, protection, and the assurance of our salvation because we've trusted and believed in him. This is where we've entered into a union to be as one with him, where he and the father are one, and he prayed for us, all who would believe through the words of the apostles, that we would be one as he and the father are one. It's a marriage covenant. He wants us to know him, as we are known by him. He wants us to be with him in his kingdom where he is. The kingdom that the father conferred on him, he has conferred on us. He prayed for us at the last supper. Glorify me so that they will be glorified. We are glorified when we see him in his glory and majesty as he is: full of the treasures of God's spirit that he has poured into him. He wants to reveal himself to us in his glory. But we have to search out his kingdom and his righteousness in order to do that.
